We do not offer refunds - on damaged or altered items.
Any returns that was issued store credit (please note credit codes do not expire).
The following conditions must be met for returns, or to receive store credit or exchanges:
Once items are returned to the facility your return or store credit will be issued.
1. Items returned, receiving store credit or exchange must be within 14 days of the delivery date.
2. Items must be unworn, undamaged and in original packaging.
3. All return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
4. Merchandise marked final sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
5. Merchandise returned damaged or without authorization may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Scrubs820.
